Sunline was founded in 1989
Our instruments are the result of an expertise developed in over 50 years of work in the field of scuba-diving instruments; this has allowed us to manufacture products that stand out for their reliability and have been rigorously tested to ensure quality, safety and durability.
The first membrane depth gauges
In 1989 we launched our first membrane depth gauges with the Sunline brand, the models Syrio and Auro, which were followed by the MPS and MCF depth gauges with standard cases, 60mm diameter, and by the marketing of the first consoles.
VALE - The first mini pressure gauges
In 1993 we were the first in Italy to design and manufacture a mini pressure gauge of reduced size, a 50mm diameter case and a low profile, the Vale model. This became so successful as to be widely imitated.
“NEW LINE“
Currently our Vale mini pressure gauge is distributed with the dedicated line “NEW LINE“ composed of mini pressure gauges and mini consoles with two or three instruments. All our pressure gauges have always been manufactured with single-piece cases of cast brass which give them unique strength.
Manufacturing and testing
All the manufacturing phases are rigorously checked by specialised personnel and each product is tested before sale to ensure it meets all requirements As a proof of our skills, the leading scuba-diving companies have been marketing for years “Sunline” products which are used every day by thousands of scuba divers.
